One of the greatest challenges of our time is man-made climate change, which is destroying our planet's habitat and threatening peace and prosperity.
Without reducing emissions, the global community will face further problems. Technological innovations could play a major role in finding a way out of the crisis. In fact, Artificial Intelligence (AI) promises sustainable solutions in many areas—such as the agricultural sector, nature conservation, mobility and others. Processes can be made more efficient and energy-saving, the conversion of energy supply to renewable energies can be advanced, and new technology can be developed to significantly reduce or even avoid CO2 emissions.
