Geometric Representations
The Roles of Modern Screw Theory, Lie algebra, and Geometric Algebra in Robotics
Save the date: June 02, 2023
The selected groups of invited academic leaders, and expert researchers will present their perspectives, research, ideas and/or open problems concerning geometric methods in robotics. To encourage the exchange of ideas and promote discussion, the speakers' talk will go beyond their current research and provide a broader perspective of the field, reflecting on fundamental foundational problems. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A and discussions in most cases mediated by two speakers.
Accepted extended abstracts will be presented during the coffee break to maximize interaction with speakers and participants. Prior to the poster session, presenters will have the opportunity to pitch their findings and invite participants and poster viewers during the poster teaser session.
The event will also be live-streamed for participants who are not able to travel to London. We will collect questions via the live-stream platform. Lunch and coffee breaks of the workshop will be coordinated with the official schedule of the conference.
