As part of the KI.FABRIK Bayern initiative, the Deutsches Museum Munich, in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and atopia space, presents a special exhibition that invites visitors to explore the digital and intelligent factory of the future.
From Monday, October 20, to Saturday, October 25, 2025 (except Wednesday), guests are welcome to visit the Communication Center of the Deutsches Museum and experience the virtual laboratories and research environments of the KI.FABRIK Bayern through Virtual Reality (VR) headsets.
Developed by atopia space, the interactive Metaverse of the KI.FABRIK Bayern enables visitors to explore how cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Production Technologies merges into an interconnected digital factory ecosystem.
This immersive experience brings to life the vision of an intelligent, flexible, and human-centered production landscape, making advanced research tangible and accessible to a wide audience.
