Early in the morning, the participants, accompanied by their tutors, arrived at the Munich North Gymnasium, where the event was held, and set up their projects in booths provided by the DRÄXLMAIER Group. They then presented their ideas to a selected jury. 20 jury members from different organizations (Deloitte, Microsoft, Franka, Hopsteiner Group, Deutsches Museum, Gymnasium München-Nord, Dom-Gymnasium Freising, LMU, Viscardi Gymnasium Fürstenfeldbruck, Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) and MIRMI/TUM) came from different parts of Germany to evaluate the projects. During the two-day exhibition, the young scientists were able to learn how to use two Franka Emika robot arms under the guidance of Kuo-Yi Chao (TUM) and Corinna Linner (Franka). And Prof. Sami Haddadin talked to them about the future of robotics and artificial intelligence. The day ended with the award ceremony. The winners will compete in the next round at the Bavarian state level.
This project is the result of the collaboration of many people who are committed to the education of young scientists. Thank you all for your support and see you next year!
