The main headquarters of the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence (MIRMI) are located at Georg-Brauchle-Ring 60/62, 80992 Munich, Germany. All of our researchers and our management team as well as the Robot Learning Lab, the Cybathlon Lab and the Dodo Lab are located here. We share the campus with the TUM Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences. The buildings are located right next to the O2 Tower.
MIRMI laboratories have been relocated to Garching. At Carl-Zeiss-Straße 8, 85748 Garching (building 8104), the following labs are placed: Flying Systems Arena, Underwater Systems Lab, Human Motor Control Lab (HMCL), Mechatronics I: System Design Lab, Mechatronics II: Mechatronics Development Lab, Neural Interfacing Lab, Prosthetics Lab, Rehabilitation Robotics Lab and Robot Performance & Safety Lab.
How to get there?
To reach Georg-Brauchle-Ring 60/62 by car, drive into Gärtnerstraße. The entrance to the underground car park is located at Gärtnerstraße 88. Here you will also be able to find more parking opportunities. On Georg-Brauchle-Ring, you will have no opportunity to park your car. With the public transportation system, we recommend that you take subway line U1 (stop: Georg-Brauchle-Ring). You can calculate your route to the various locations with the MVV-Journey planner
