New funding strengthens TUM robotics incubator robo.innovate

Since 2022, the robo.innovate incubator of the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence at the Technical University of Munich has supported more than 100 start-up teams in the fields of robotics and AI. Around half of the teams go on to found their own company. “In total, our robotics start-ups have generated 52 million euros in revenue over the last four years,” says MIRMI board member Prof. Eckehard Steinbach. robo.innovate connects students, researchers, industry and investors and supports founding teams with infrastructure, workshops and dedicated networking formats.
